American Dream Search is representing a growing, employee-owned steel manufacturer and fabricator serving the piling, drilled shaft, tunneling, and heavy civil construction markets.
This is not a “sell and disappear” role.
This is for a true business builder who can hunt, win projects, and manage execution from quote to completion.

🔹 What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business with General Contractors & Subcontractors
- Sell engineered steel solutions including:
- Spiralweld pipe (24”–127” diameter, up to 1” wall)
- Piling & drilling accessories
- Custom fabricated products
- Build and manage your own territory plan and revenue targets
- Draft production/work orders and coordinate with operations
- Manage project costs, logistics, and delivery through completion
- Own margins and profitability — not just top-line sales
🔹 Who You Are
- Hunter mentality with strong closing skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and operationally sharp
- Comfortable managing complex, multi-step projects
- Able to balance sales + execution simultaneously
- 3+ years of B2B industrial/steel/construction-related sales preferred
- Existing relationships in heavy civil, piling, or construction markets is a plus
🔹 Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 – $100,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly

Average OTE: $175k–$200k
