Summary of Position:

We are seeking a Regional General Manager to oversee four branch locations across Florida. This leader will drive full P&L performance, lead General Managers, and execute strategic initiatives across sales, operations, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring regular travel between locations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop multiple Branch General Managers and their teams
• Own regional P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin, and cost control
• Drive new business development and expansion of existing accounts
• Standardize and optimize operational efficiency, delivery, and production performance
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operating standards

Job Requirements:

• 7–10+ years leadership experience in metals, manufacturing, or building products
• Proven success managing multi-site operations or regional business units
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to grow sales and market share
• Experience leading both sales and operations teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability and urgency
• Willingness to travel consistently across Florida (75%)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $125,000 – $175,000 Base Salary
