This is an opportunity to lead the commercial direction of an established flat rolled business while partnering directly with

executive leadership to drive profitable growth, purchasing strategy, inventory performance, customer relationships, and

long-term business expansion.

The organization has built a strong reputation throughout California and is actively investing in future growth initiatives,

Success in this position requires someone who thinks beyond sales. The ideal candidate understands how purchasing

decisions, inventory investments, pricing strategy, customer relationships, and operational execution all work together to

maximize profitability.

Working alongside executive leadership, this individual will help shape the strategic direction of one of the company's

most important business units while leading an experienced commercial organization.

  • maximize business performance.
  • Supporting pricing strategy and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring commercial KPIs including profitability, inventory performance, purchasing metrics, and sales growth.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing commercial team members while fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • Helping shape long-term strategic initiatives that support continued regional growth.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a commercially minded leader who understands both sides of the flat rolled business:

customers and employees, and confidently help lead a growing business from day one.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This is a rare opportunity to move beyond traditional sales leadership and take ownership of an entire commercial

business.
