American Dream Search has partnered with a Top 50 Service Center on a critical outside sales search in Minnesota. 

Summary (About this Position):

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a background in selling carbon flat rolled product. The ideal candidate will have experience selling truck load quantities of hot rolled sheet/coil and have a book of business already established in the region. The expectation would be to grow your assigned territory to 1,500-2,000 tons per month. You will manage a few long-standing accounts upon starting, but are expected to get new business.

Your Profile (Required background)

• 3+ years experience in outside sales, preferably in the carbon flat rolled steel space
• Strong understanding of the Hot Rolled Steel market
• Travel 50% within assigned territory

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 - $110,000 Base Salary
• Unlimited Commissions ($2/ton)
• Remote - MN
• Car Stipend: $400/mo
• Cell Phone Stipend: $100/mo
• Mileage: $0.15/mile
