American Dream Search is representing a global leader in specialty metals seeking a Sales Director to lead and grow their North American Oil & Gas business. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build and scale a strategic business unit backed by a $1B+ global organization with integrated mill and distribution capabilities.
Role Overview
The Sales Director will lead business development and sales strategy across North America, focused on specialty metals for Oil & Gas customers. This individual will drive new customer acquisition, expand key accounts, and shape the long-term commercial strategy.
Location
- Houston, TX (In-office)
- ~25% travel across North America
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute North American sales strategy
- Drive new business with OEMs and machine shops
- Grow and manage key strategic accounts
- Lead pricing, forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives
- Collaborate with global leadership, operations, and supply chain
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years metals or industrial sales experience
- Strong Oil & Gas industry exposure
- Proven business development success
- Leadership experience preferred
- Experience with specialty metals strongly preferred

Compensation

Base: $130,000 – $180,000

Bonus: 20%
