Summary of Position:

The Regional General Manager will oversee multiple branches in the Nashville region, leading General Managers and ensuring alignment across sales, operations, and financial performance. This role is responsible for driving growth, improving efficiency, and building a high-performing regional team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee performance of multiple branches and their General Managers
• Drive regional revenue growth and profitability (full P&L ownership)
• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets
• Improve operational processes across production, delivery, and inventory
• Build and mentor leadership teams at the branch level
• Analyze market conditions and adjust pricing, product mix, and strategy

Job Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of leadership experience in metals, steel, or related building products
• Track record of managing multi-location or regional operations
• Strong leadership presence with ability to influence at all levels
• Commercially driven with a focus on sales growth and customer development
• Experience balancing operations, logistics, and customer service
• Ability to travel regularly within the region

Compensation & Benefits:
