The Opportunity

American Dream Search has partnered with one of North America's largest privately-owned metals companies to identify an experienced Branch Manager for one of its flagship operations in the Denver market.


This isn't simply a branch management position.


This is an opportunity to lead a $100MM+ operation, oversee approximately 80 employees, manage commercial strategy, operations and purchasing, while helping drive the continued growth of one of the industry's most technologically advanced service center locations.

The branch continues to invest heavily in automation and technology, including a recently acquired Mazak Tube Laser and a highly sophisticated FHER ERP platform, providing leadership with the tools needed to scale efficiently.


Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, this individual will have significant influence over the future performance of the operation.


What You'll Lead

  • Full P&L responsibility for a $100MM+ branch
  • Leadership of approximately 80 employees, including warehouse, operations, drivers, commercial and administrative personnel
  • Commercial growth strategy

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has successfully led a metals service center or structural steel operation of meaningful size and understands how commercial execution and operational excellence work together to drive profitability.


Ideal experience includes:

  • Structural steel experience
  • Branch, General Manager or Operations leadership experience
  • Experience overseeing commercial, operations and purchasing functions
  • Experience managing large teams
  • Strong financial and P&L acumen
  • Proven ability to grow profitable businesses
  • Approximately 10+ years of relevant industry experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to $175,000
  • Target bonus up to 50%
  • $9,000 annual vehicle allowance
