Summary of Position:

We are seeking Regional Sales Representatives to drive growth within defined territories, with an emphasis on the Upper Great Lakes area. This is a true hunter/farmer hybrid role, responsible for both developing new business and managing existing accounts. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, owning your territory while being supported by inside sales, operations, and leadership. This is an opportunity to sell a diverse portfolio of steel products into manufacturing markets, with uncapped earning potential and strong internal backing.


Job Responsibilities:

  • *Develop new business while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts
  • Manage a defined territory, acting as the primary point of contact for all customer needs
  • Prospect and build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors
  • Collaborate with internal teams (inside sales, operations, logistics) to execute customer solutions
  • Provide accurate forecasting and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics


Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience selling Cold Finish Bar and/or Carbon Wire for a Steel Manufacturer
  • Strong understanding and/or network of low carbon, high carbon, or music wire players
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts
  • Experience selling into manufacturing environments (wire, bar, or related products preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory strategically
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)


Compensation & Benefits:

  • OTE: $140,000 – $350,000

-Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

-Uncapped commission plan (Paid Monthly)

  • Signing bonus + guaranteed commission during ramp period
