Compensation: ~$100,000 + Quarterly Bonuses

The Opportunity

American Dream Search has partnered with a rapidly growing metal building products manufacturer to identify multiple General Managers for strategic branch locations across the US. Our highest priority exists in Dayton, OH.

What You'll Lead

As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the overall success of your branch, including:

• Leading sales, customer service, manufacturing, delivery, and day-to-day operations.
• Driving profitable revenue growth through new business development and customer retention.
• Building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Managing branch profitability, operating performance, inventory, and expenses.
• Creating a culture centered around accountability, safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.
• Developing operational strategies that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring employees.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Working closely with regional leadership to execute long-term growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings a blend of commercial leadership and operational management, along with the ability to motivate teams and drive business results.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Branch, General Manager, Operations Manager, or Sales Manager leadership experience.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, construction materials, steel, metal building products, roofing, roll forming, or related industrial industries.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing branch performance.
• Demonstrated success developing employees and building winning cultures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing both people and business.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
